Booking
Agreed on the list, or it is not agreed.
Send the town with the request. A form is not a booking. The office replies by email and says whether that building can be cleaned, and for what fee.
- 1You write the town, the kind of building, and the clean you think you need. The state of the kitchen is useful. A guess at how long it might take is not.
- 2We reply by email. The reply names the rooms, the tasks, anything we will not do, and the fee. If the first visit needs longer, that is in the same note.
- 3If you accept, the booking is the email you accepted: address, day, list, fee, and how we get in. A code in a text to a number we do not publish is not a plan.
- 4On the day, the clean follows the list. A room added at the door is a new price, said before the work, or it waits for another visit.
The fee
There is no single hourly price on this page. A one-bed flat on a fortnightly rhythm is not an end-of-tenancy house after builders. The fee in the quote is the fee, with what is included and what would be charged on top, such as a second visit or products you ask us to buy.
Insurance and checks
Ask, and the quote will say what insurance applies to that job. We will not print a figure here and hope it still matches the policy. Right to work is checked before someone starts with the company. If you want a particular check for a clean inside a home, ask in the form and we will say whether we can make it.
