These are the kinds of place we will quote for, anywhere in the United Kingdom. A type of building on this page is not a client we are claiming. If yours is not listed, name it anyway.
HomeA house or a flat someone is living in. We need to know who will be there, where the products live, and which rooms are in the clean.
RentalA change of tenant, a move-in, or a check before the inventory. Send the checklist if you have one. We clean to that list, not to a mood.
OfficeA small workplace: a studio, a shop back room, a floor of desks. The hours matter as much as the rooms, because the clean often happens when the staff have gone.
StairsCommunal halls and stairwells in a block. The quote says which floors, how often, and who unlocks the cupboard.
EmptyA building between uses. Dust, a kitchen left behind, a bathroom nobody has claimed. We do not secure the property. That is a different trade.
After a jobThe clean that follows painters, joiners, or a kitchen fit. Tell us what is still wet, and what must not be touched.
High windows that need a cradle, a roof, or work at height beyond a safe step are not this service. Say so if that is what you need, and we will tell you it is outside the clean.
