What a form keeps.

THE CLEANING EDIT LTD, company number SC902222, is the controller for information sent through this website. The registered office is 20 Burnett Avenue, Dumfries, DG2 9NQ. Write through this site. There is no public phone number.

If you ask for a clean, we use your name, email, any phone number you choose to leave, the town, and what you tell us about the building, so the office can reply and decide whether it can help. If you apply for work, we use your details and any CV to consider you for a post. We do not sell this information, and we do not use it to build a mailing list for other businesses.

A quote that becomes a booking is kept with that booking for as long as the work and the law require. A note that does not lead to a clean or a job is kept while it is being dealt with, and then deleted or reduced to the minimum the company still needs. Staff can delete a message from the office.

You can ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or erasure where the law allows it. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Start with the contact form, so the request is read from the right file.
